Note: The payment made by the customer requires a period of 24 to 48 hours to be confirmed. All orders will only be dispatched after confirmation of payment. You can send us an email with proof of payment, to speed up the confirmation.
Currently, we have three options:
1. Transport Company Torrestir - Additional transport fee
The order is processed and dispatched within 2 working days after confirmation of payment.
The transport fee may vary according to the total weight and volume dimensions to be sent. Where possible, you should choose to group the different items in a single order, and it is not possible to group two orders placed separately. The shipping fee will be applied individually.

2. Placing the order at our collection point - at the customer’s expense without any associated cost
The order is processed and dispatched to our collection point within 2 working days after confirmation of payment.
A telephone contact is made after receiving the order at our collection point for customer pickup at the following address:
Rua João Vaz, lote 96, 2925-566 Brejos de Azeitão, Setúbal. Portugal
Time available for pickup:
Every day of the week between 9h30-12h00 / 15h30 - 18h00.
It should be accompanied with an identification document proving that you are the rightful owner of the order. Otherwise, your withdrawal will be denied.
3. Sample Shipping & Offers - Free Shipping
All samples and offers are sent by registered mail and at no cost to the customer.
